Unfortunately, as per 2017, the Kalabia Education Program does not have funding to cover ship operations nor the core program. We are actively seeking the means to get the Kalabia sailing again in its imperative mission. Please contact us if you would like to support us - it is probably the most impactful gift you could give to ensure preservation of Raja Ampat's rich reefs!
The Kalabia Program would like to extend its most sincere gratitude to to the following individuals and organizations that have supported the Kalabia in its critical conservation mission in the Bird's Head Seascape over the years. We are thankful that the core operational costs of the Kalabia Program were partially covered in collaboration with the Indonesian Ports Corporation (IPC) for 2013-2014.
